NIACL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: The New India Assurance Company has been in the news lately for being the first of India’s public sector general insurance firms to invite applications for 500 Apprentice posts across the country. This one year apprenticeship is a part of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and is open for people who have completed their graduation on or after April 1 2021. Interested participants should be between 21 years to 30 years old as of June 1, 2025. Age relaxations for NCBC, OBC, SC, ST Reserved categories will be provided as per government rules.
The selection process for this position contained an online written exam, a test for document verification, and a regional language test. The total time for the online exam was 60 minutes, and the sections contained the following Computer Knowledge, Reasoning Aptitude, English, General and Financial Awareness adding up to a total of 100 marks. There is a stipend off 9000 per month for selected contestants that will undergo the 12 months of training. Registrations are set to take place from 6th June to 20th June 2025. Applications will open via the NATS portal.
The online examination is to be held tentatively on the 26th of June 2025. Participants must fulfill the eligibility requirements and provide an Aadhaar card, recent photograph, and graduation certificate to register.

In accordance with the NIACL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 steps, there is age flexibility for applicants from the reserved classes. The Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) category is offered a relaxation of upto 5 years while the Other Backward Class (OBC) non–creamy layer receives a 3-year relaxation. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) of any category incur a 10-year age relaxation. Furthermore, widows and divorced women are eligible for age relaxation where General/EWS candidates incur 35 years , OBC48 years, SC/ST 40 years.
