Salary/Pay Scale :

1. Head (Research, Policy and Learning): Rs. 145000 – 265000 PM
2. Senior Lead (Policy and Learning): Rs. 80000 – 145000 PM
3. Lead (research): Rs. 60000 – 80000 PM
4. Manager: Rs. 50000 – 70000 PM
5. Sports Associate: Rs. 45000 – 60000 PM

Educational qualification :

1. Head – PG Degree or Diploma in relevant subjects (Analytics/ Sports Management /Sports Research) OR PG Degree in any Discipline/ BE/ B-Tech with diploma/ certificate course in Analytics/ Sports Management /Sports Research. 8 Years of experience.
2. Senior Lead (Policy and Learning) – PG Degree or Diploma in relevant subjects (Analytics/ Sports Management /Sports Research) OR PG Degree in any Discipline/ BE/ B-Tech with diploma/ certificate course in Analytics/Sports Management /Sports Research. 3 Years of experience.
3. Manager (Communication) – PG Degree in Communication or Journalism with 1 Year of Experience OR Graduation in Mass Communication or Journalism with 3 Years of Experience.
4. Lead (research) – PG Degree (2 Years)/ PG Degree (1 Year) from any foreign University in relevant subjects (Analytics/Sports Management /Sports Research ) or PG Degree in any Discipline /B.E /B-Tech with diploma/ certificate course in Analytics/ Sports Management /Sports Research with 1 Year of experience in relevant field OR Graduation in Analytics/ Sports Management/ Sports Research with 3 Years of experience in relevant field.
5. Manager (Athlete Relation) – PG Degree (2 Years)/ PG Degree (1 Year) from any foreign University in relevant subject (Sports Management) or technical qualifications like B-Tech or MBA or equivalent qualifications in relevant field with 1 Year of experience in relevant field. 3 Years experience.
6. Manager (Partnership) – Graduation with 3 Year experience OR PG Degree with 1 Year of experience.
7. Sports Associate – Graduation/ BE/ B-Tech with 3 Year experience OR PG Degree/ MBA/PGDM with 1 Year of experience.

Age Limit :

• GEN : Max 50 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Max 53 Years
• SC/ ST : Max 55 Years
