- Chairperson Rs. 40,000 – 50,000/-
- Independent Member Rs. 35,000 – 40,000/-
Educational qualification :
- The Chairperson of the Forum shall be a retired senior judicial officer; or a retired civil servant not below the rank of a Collector; or a retired Principal of
a reputed Engineering college; or a retired Professor of the Electrical
Engineering Department of a reputed institute; or a retired senior electrical
engineer of the Government; or a retired engineer from a Distribution Licensee not below the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent officer, and having at least twenty-five (25) years of experience, with adequate knowledge of the power sector. - Independent Member shall have experience working for at least ten (10)
years on matters concerning consumer Grievances.
Age Limit :
- Maximum age limit is 65 years.
