Institute for Systems Studies and Analyses (ISSA) under the aegis of Defence Research & development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence is inviting applications from the candidates to the posts of apprentices. Eligible and interested candidates should read the notification thoroughly before applying to the posts. Candidates who are passed outs of 2022 to 2024 batch are only eligible to apply.
About ISSA:
ISSA is involved in System Analysis, Modeling & Simulation for various defence applications pertaining to employment/deployment, tactics & force potential evaluation, tactical/strategic & mission planning etc. We develop wargames for all the three Services.

Educational Qualification for DRDO ISSA Recruitment 2025
Enrollment under apprentice Act 1961: It is mandatory for candidates to enroll themselves on National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (http://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in) before applying for apprenticeship training.

Selection Procedure
Selection of the candidates will be on based on their performance in the interview. Candidates will be shortlisted to interview based on their merit. Offer letter will be informed only to selected candidates through email.
