• Chief Manager (Grade E5) : Rs.80,000-2,20,000/-
• Manager (Grade E3) : Rs.60,000-1,80,000/-

Educational qualification :

1. Chief Manager: B.E, B.Tech, MBA, ACS, CA/ ICMA or PGDM/ PGP.
2. Manager: B.E, B.Tech, MBA, ACS, MCA, CA/ ICMA.

Experience : –

• Chief Manager – 12 years of Post – Qualification Executive Experience (including GET/ MT/ ET experience) in the relevant discipline.
  
• Manager – 04 years of Post-Qualification Executive Experience (including GET/ MT/ ET experience) working in Project Commissioning/ Construction/ Operations & Maintenance activities in Process Plants/ Petrochemical Plants/ Refineries

Age Limit :

• Chief Manager – 45 Years
• Manager – 35 Years
