EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:-

• Associate Professor:-
  • A good Academic record, with a Ph.D. degree in Demography/ Population Studies / Bio-statistics/ Epidemiology or Statistics/ Mathematics / Economics with a specialization in Demography/ Population Studies.
  • Candidates must have Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in Demography/Population Studies/ Bio-statistics/ Epidemiology or Statistics / Mathematics / Economics with a specialization in Demography / Population Studies.
• Assistant Professor:-
  • Candidates must possess Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in Demography /Statistics / Economics / Bio-statistics with a specialization in Demography / Population Studies.
  • Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET
    
• Upper Division Clerk:-
  • Candidates must have Degree of a recognized University or Equivalent

AGE LIMIT:-

• The upper age limit for Upper Division Clerk position is 27 years.
• No maximum age limit for Assistant Professor and Associate Professor.
