Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2025 – Age limit
Before applying to the post of Agniveers. Please check the age limit prescribed below.
Agniveer 02/2025 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Sep 2004–29 Feb 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
Agniveer 01/2026 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Feb 2005–31 Jul 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
Agniveer 02/2026 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Jul 2005–31 Dec 2008 (Both dates inclusive)
Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2025– Qualification
- Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board/ Institute.
- Candidates who are appearing in class 10th Board Exam of academic year 2024-25 are also eligible to apply
Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2025 – Domicile Requirements
- Candidate must be a citizen of India
- Candidates must submit a domicile certificate with a photograph issued by the Tehsildar or District Magistrate.
Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2025 – Selection Procedure
The Indian Navy Agniveer selection procedure consists of two stages. Stage-I NET 2025 exam will be conducted in May 25. Based on the marks obtained in Stage I – INET, candidates will be shortlisted for the stage II of Agniveer(MR) 02/2025, 01/2026 and 02/2026 separately.
Stage-I:
Indian Navy Entrance Test.
(a) The question paper will be computer-based with a total of 50 questions, each carrying 01 mark.
(b) The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective type (multiple-choice).
(c) The question paper will comprise of two sections i.e. Science & Mathematics and General Awareness.
(d) The standard of the question paper will be that of 10th. Syllabus & sample papers for the examination are available on website https://joinindiannavy.gov.in.
(e) Duration of examination will be 30 minutes.
 Stage-II: PFT, Written examination and medical
The candidates eligible for the stage II process of Agniveer (MR) 02/2025, 01/2026 and 02/2026 batch (as per age criteria mentioned at Para 3 above) shall be shortlisted for the respective batch, based on the marks obtained in Stage I-INET 2025. Shortlisting will be carried out state wise. The cut-off marks for shortlisting for next stage of selection process may vary from state to state as vacancies have been allotted in a
state-wise manner
