Educational Qualifications for BIS Jobs 2024

• Deputy Director (Administration): Applicants must hold an MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma with at least 8 years of experience in Personnel Management.
• Deputy Director (Finance): Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, along with Chartered Accountant/Cost & Works Accountant/Subordinate Accounts Service Accountant qualifications or an MBA in Finance, and 8 years of experience in accounting.
• Deputy Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs): Candidates should possess an MBA in Marketing, or a Master’s Degree/PG Diploma in Mass Communication or Social Work, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Social Work.
• Deputy Director (Publication): A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Arts, coupled with a Diploma in Printing Technology/Publication, is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a reputable publishing or printing organization focused on technical and scientific publications.

The maximum age for applicants is 56 years.

Structure Successful candidates will be placed in Pay Level 11, with salaries ranging from Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month.
