Junior Statistical Officer (JSO): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics in Class 12th or a degree in any discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation.
Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Graduation Degree from a recognized university with Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics as a compulsory or elective subject.
Research Assistant in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute with at least one year of research experience in a recognized university or research institution.
All Other Posts: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
Nationality:
Candidates must be citizens of India, Nepal, or Bhutan. Additionally, persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam) to permanently settle in India are also eligible.

Selection Process Details:
Successfully registered candidates will receive Roll numbers and Admit Cards for the Tier-I Computer-Based Examination.
Based on Tier-I scores, candidates will be shortlisted by category for the Tier-II Examination.
Separate cut-offs will be issued for Paper-II of Tier-II (for Junior Statistical Officer positions) and Paper-I of Tier-II (for all other posts).
Candidates who qualify in Tier-I must appear in Paper-I of Tier-II. Only those shortlisted for the JSO positions will take Paper-II.
The final selection list will be based on marks obtained in Paper-II.
