Educational Qualifications and Experience
Professor:
Must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
At least ten years of post-PhD teaching or research experience in a recognized institution.
Associate Professor:
Must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
At least eight years of post-PhD teaching or research experience in a recognized institution.
Assistant Professor:
Must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
Experience:
- Four years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the specialty subject after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (Recognized 2 years or 5 years course after MBBS) in the relevant discipline/subject or its equivalent recognized qualification.
- Candidates with a 3-year recognized degree of D.M./M.Ch. must have three years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the specialty subject.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Eligible candidates must submit their applications online.
- The online registration and application portal will be available on the AIIMS Raipur website (www.aiimsraipur.edu.in) starting from 18th May 2023.
- The age and qualifications will be calculated as of the cut-off date for submission, with the first cut-off date being 16th June 2023. Subsequent cut-off dates will be announced on the AIIMS Raipur website.
- The experience period will be counted after acquiring the prescribed qualification.
AIIMS Raipur Bharti 2024 Education Qualification
- DNB Equivalence: Candidates with DNB in Broad Specialization or Superspeciality as a qualifying degree must provide documentary evidence of the equivalence of DNB (Broad Speciality) with MD/MS and DNB (Super Speciality) with DM/MCh as per NMC Notification dated 14.02.2022.
- Non-medical Candidates: Eligible non-medical candidates can apply for posts in the Departments of Anatomy, Pharmacology, and Physiology, provided they meet the educational qualifications and experience requirements as per NMC notification dated 14.02.2022. For the Department of Pharmacology, a Master’s degree in Pharmacology/Drug Assay/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Zoology and a Ph.D. in the concerned discipline may also be considered.
AIIMS Raipur 2024 Selection Process
- Interviews will be held at AIIMS Raipur or another location as decided by the Director.
- Candidates must present all relevant original documents for verification before the interview.
- The Permanent Selection Committee will conduct the interview/selection process for eligible candidates.
- Candidates must achieve minimum qualifying marks in the interview to be considered for selection.
- The recruitment process for direct recruitment, deputation, and contract basis will be conducted concurrently.
