EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:-

• Sports Trainee:- Candidates must have Represented the Country in an International competition.
• Represented the State in a National competition.
  
• Represented combined Universities team in any National competition.
  
• Represented the University in Inter –University tournament conducted by University Sports Control Board.
  i) Represented ‘A’ division in Cricket
  ii) Represented in Super/Elite Division in Hockey, Football, Kabaddi and Volleyball
• Pilot:- Candidates must have Must hold a certificate of competency as master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India.
  One year post qualification experience as Master / Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.

AGE LIMIT:-

• For Sports Trainees the minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years.
• Pilot:- For regular appointment, upper age limit is upto 40 years.
• Age relaxation for the upper age limit is as per the government rules.

SALARY:-

• Sports Trainee:- Selected candidates will get monthly remuneration of Rs.14,000/- per month plus Allowances like
  KIT:- Rs.10,000/- per annum
  ACCOMODATION:- On sharing basis. (at free of cost)
  MEDICLAIM + ACCIDENT INSURANCE:- Rs.7,000/- for a year
  
• The Sports Trainee will be given OPD facility and primary or basic treatment at MbPA Hospital itself during the period of contract.
  
• Pilot:- Selected candidates will get on the payscale of Rs. 70000-200000 on the pay pattern linked to Industrial DA and includes, HRA @ 27% and cafeteria allowance at 35% of Basic pay, with annual increment of 3%.
