EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:-

• Customer Service Executive:- Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Junior Customer Service Executive:- Candidates must have 12th pass and should be proficient in use of PC.
• Senior Customer Service Executive:- Candidates must have a graduated degree in any discipline with minimum five years of experience in fares/ reservation/ ticketing computerized passenger check/ cargo handling.
• Para Medical-cum-Customer Service Executive:- Candidates must have a B.Sc in nursing from any recognised university or institutions.
• Duty Officer:- Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 12 – 16 years of experience.
• Junior Officer Technical:- Candidates must have B.E/ B.Tech in mechanical/ automobile/ production/ electrical/ electrical and electronics/ electronics and communication engineering and must have a valid driving license.
• Junior Officer (Passenger):- Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 9 years of experience in the area of fares, reservations, ticketing etc.
• Ramp Service Executive:- Candidates must have a three years of diploma in mechanical/ electrical/ production/ electrical/ production/ automobile engineering and must have a valid heavy vehicle driving license.
• Utility Agent-cum-Ramp Driver:- Candidates must have 10th pass and must have a valid heavy vehicle driving license.

AGE LIMIT:-

• The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 50 years.

SALARY:-

• For customer service executive, ramp service executive, para medical-cum-customer service executive Posts:- Rs 25,980/- per month.
• Senior customer service executive, senior ramp service executive Posts:- Rs 26,980/- per month.
• Junior customer service executive, utility agent-cum-ramp driver Posts:- Rs 23,640/- per month.
• Duty officer Post:- Rs 32,200/- per month.for
• Junior officer Post:- Rs 28,200/- per month.
• Deputy manager, deputy terminal manager Posts:- Rs 60,000 per month.
