• MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare or Minimum 2 years full-time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR / Labour Welfare or Masters in Social Work or MHROD from recognized university / Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority.

AGE LIMIT:-

• The maximum age limit is 57 years.

SALARY:-

• Selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs 1,50,000/- to Rs 300000/-
